    1. 1-2 week session where fees and expenses are paid for by Client.
  3. Determine customer needs (site visit)

  4. Statement of work to customer for validation
    1. Based off of phone conversation and visit, a document of understanding will be prepared and validated.
  5. Engagement letter 
    1. Based off of validation letter, an engagement letter will be prepared outlining steps that will be followed along with needs and personnel assigned.
    2. Obtain customer sign off and schedule.
  6. Document gathering 
    1. Depending on what the need is, we will determine documents needed.
    2. Spelled out specifically to customer
    3. We will sent in advance if necessary.
    4. Confidentiality agreement for both parties.
  7. On-Site work
    1. Interview personnel
    2. Validate Documentation
    3. Perform analysis
    4. Organize workpapers
    5. Determine future work based off of discovery session
  8. Findings preparation 
    1. Prepare schedules with findings.
    2. Prepare presentation in powerpoint 
    3. Prepare proposal for problem solving discovered in discovery session
    4. Obtain officer approval
    5. Present findings to customer.
    6. Present proposal for work 
  9. Customer acceptance 
    1. Field customer questions
    2. Adjust proposal if necessary
    3. Obtain a sign off
    4. Assign resource 
    5. Schedule work
    6. Notify customer
